Age: 5 years approx

Size: Large (65 lbs)

Color: Brown and white

Coat: Smooth

Children: OK with children

Other Dogs: OK with dogs

Notes: Petey and Spanky #26002 & #26003, Approx. 5 yrs old, 65 lbs each.

These two bothers were surrender to the shelter, due to no fault of their own. We were told they are good with kids as they lived with one. We do not know if they would be good with cats. They have dog tested great so far with other dogs. These guys are available now and ready for new homes.

  • Adoption of dogs is open to residents of Grayson, Carroll, Pulaski, Bland, Smyth and Wythe County
  • Adopters must fill out an Adoption Application Form - speed up adoption by bringing a completed form with you when visiting the shelter or E-mail it to shelter@wytheco.org
  • Adopters must sign an agreement to have the adopted pet vaccinated and spayed or neutered within 30 days of adoption.
  • Adopters must return the proof of sterilization paperwork within seven (7) days of dog being spayed or neutered.
  • Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to anyone including out of state residents.
